IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

ABDOMINAL Pain/Tightness:

  • IC: Back unit reversed to front

  • MC: Legs

  • Red-Light 10 Min (must have membership)

  • KT Tape Abdominals

 

IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

CALF Tightness:

  • MC: Legs- Focus on calf

  • Red-light 10min or Heat (must have membership) 

  • Stretch Calf on WBV

  • KT Tape

IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

ELBOW Pain/Tight:

  • IC: Elbow

  • MC: Hip or Legs

  • Heat to Low back or Neck

  • Red-Light 10 min (must have membership)

  • KT Tape Elbow

IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

FOOT Pain/Tightness:

  • IC:  Foot

  • MC:  Hips

  • Heat Wrap to low back

  • Red-Light 10min (must have membership)

  • KT Foot

IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

GLUTE Pain/Tightness:

  • IC: Low Back

  • MC: Hip

  • WBV Hamstring Stretch

IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

HAMSTRING Pain/Tightness:

  • IC: Knee Wrap placed on hamstring 

  • MC: Legs

  • Red-Light 10min (must have membership)

  • WBV- Hamstring and Calf Stretch 

  • KT-Tape Hamstring

IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

HAND Pain/Tight or swelling:

  • IC: Hand Unit

  • MC: Hip or Legs

  • Heat to Back

  • Red-Light 10 Min (must have membership)

  • KT Tape hand

IC= Ice Compression
MC=Muscle Compression

HIP Pain/Tightness:

  • IC: Hip- NO PRESSURE

  • MC: Leg or Hip over the IC with Low

  • Heat Wrap To Low Back

  • Red-Light 10 Min (must have membership)

KNEE Pain/Tightness:

  • IC: Knee- Low Compression

  • MC: Hip

  • Heat Back Low back

  • Red-Light 10 Min (must have membership)

  • Stretch Hamstring WVB

  • KT Tape Knee

LOW BACK Pain/Tightness:

  • IC: Low back

  • MC:  hips or Legs

  • Heat to neck

  • Red-Light -10min (must have membership)

  • Stretch Hamstrings on WBV

  • KT Low back

IC= Ice Compression

NECK and SHOULDER Tightness:

  • Heat to Shoulders

  • MC: Hips

  • Red-Light 10 Min (must have membership)

  • WBV Stretch Hamstrings

SHOULDER Pain/Tightness:

  • IC:  Shoulder

  • MC:  Hips or Legs

  • Heat Wrap to low back 

  • Red-Light 10 Min (must have membership)

  • Stretch WVB Hamstring

  • KT Shoulder

QUAD Pain/Tightness:

  • IC: Knee Wrap on Quad- no Compression- Attachment towards knee

  • Place MC – Hip over IC unit- Med Compression

  • Red-Light 10 Min (must have membership)

  • WBV Stretch Hip Flexor 

  • KT-Tape Quad
